General Questions

What are the most common plumbing issues?

Clogged drains, dripping faucets, running toilets, and low water pressure. Most happen from daily use — hair, grease, or small leaks left unchecked.

How do I stop plumbing problems before they start?

Don’t flush wipes or pour grease down the drain. Fix small leaks fast. Get a yearly check-up from a pro plumber.

Do I need to tell buyers about plumbing issues when selling my home?

Yes. You must disclose known problems. Fixing them before listing avoids delays and builds trust.

Why is my faucet dripping?

Worn washers or O-rings inside. A quick part swap usually fixes it — or we replace the whole faucet if needed.

How do I know if my water heater is failing?

No hot water, rusty water, loud pops, or leaks around the tank. Call us — don’t wait for a flood.

My toilet keeps running. Is it serious?

Yes — it wastes hundreds of gallons. Usually a bad flapper or fill valve. Easy fix, big savings.

Why is my toilet flush weak?

Clogged rim holes, old tank parts, or a deeper pipe blockage. We clean or replace what’s needed.

Water backs up in shower when I flush or wash clothes — why?

Main line clog. Needs professional snaking or hydro jetting. Call us fast to avoid backups.

My garbage disposal is loud and grinding — what’s wrong?

Something stuck (spoon, bone) or worn blades. Turn it off and call us — don’t stick your hand in.

How to Prevent Problems

How do I stop pipes from leaking?

Check for rust or water spots yearly. Fix small drips fast. We do full inspections.

When should I DIY and when should I call you?

DIY: Unclog sink with plunger. Call us: Gas leaks, sewer issues, water heater work, or anything under the slab.

How do I keep pipes from freezing in winter?

Insulate exposed pipes. Let faucets drip during freezes. Keep garage doors closed if pipes are there.
